Management Team

Our management team works collaboratively to ensure that every project is a success. We demand high quality workmanship, cleanliness and absolute professionalism from all of our employees and subcontractors. Daily communication on projects is key to the successful coordination and integration of project tasks.

David H. Adams – CGR, President
David has an extensive architectural background and has been providing design-build services for over twenty years. He has managed hundreds of renovations and additions, from concept to completion, and has an established and secure network of industry resources. David is hands-on in his approach and meets with project leaders on at least a weekly basis to confirm completed tasks, review material requirements and checklists, and to establish a schedule for the next week's project assignments. David is also Vice Chairman of the Remodeling Council for the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Fairfield County.

Raymond Saraceno, Operations Manager
Ray has been with the company for almost 20 years. He started as an apprentice, was promoted to foreman, then to project manager and now is the operations manager overseeing all the projects. With his easy going style and extensive knowledge of residential construction, he has proven himself to be successful at managing projects of all sizes and working with every type of personality.

Eric Terry, Project Coordinator
Eric began working as a sub-contractor for us in 2000, then joined our team as a full-time carpenter in 2001.  Inspired by the events of 9/11, Eric left Design Builders in early 2002 to enlist in the Marines. Four years later and after two tours overseas, Eric is now back with us as a sales assistant and brings helpful “on the job” insight to our design and operations.
